The YGY Immersive program is designed for the curious beginner yogi. This program is carefully created to allow you to find balance through breathwork, yoga, and mindfulness. YGY program has several components that fuze to create a holistic, customized practice. You & I will work together to address your stressors, obstacles, and your hesitations about taking your practice to the next level. Think of this program as the program I wish I had 10 years ago. It's designed to bridge the gap between your beginner's curiosity, and a well-developed, sustainable practice.

SOUL SESSIONS (3)
Session 1: YOU
We'll chat a bit about you & what you're looking to get out of this program. We'll take a look at your current stressors, concerns, anything you'd like to discuss. I will then equip you with customized
Session 2: YOUR PRACTICE
Once you've taken a look at the customized recommendations, we'll meet to discuss any questions you have. i.e. If I recommend restorative yoga, and you have trouble calming racing thoughts, I will offer practical tips.
Session 3: YOUR FUTURE
After you've practiced for a while, book Session 3. We'll go over what has/hasn't worked for you, and discuss where to go from here.
PRIVATE YOGA CLASSES (2)
You will schedule your private yoga classes with Julia when you are ready. The session will be customized based on your comfort level and interests.
